The dates of the award time period is March 1, 2020 &#8211; February 28, 2021.<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>The <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.schsl.org\/index.php\/community-service-reporting-form\/\">online form<\/a> is to be completed no later than March 1, 2021<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>There are two levels of the Sportsmanship Award: Banner &amp; Certificate. <\/strong>To be eligible for the banner your school must field a team(s) in each sports season. (Fall, Winter &amp; Spring)<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>Requirements to receive Sportsmanship Award:<\/h5>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>Banner<\/h3>\n<h5>(To be eligible for the banner your school must field a team(s) in each sports season.
